Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligible Items

We accept returns on products that:

  • Were shipped by AUTRIXAVO
  • Are in their original condition
  • Show manufacturing defects
  • Were incorrectly shipped items
  • Are unused and in original packaging

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customised or personalised products
  • Items with signs of use or installation
  • Products with removed or damaged security seals
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at ask@autrixavo.com to initiate your return
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Await our return authorisation and shipping instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship to the provided return address (not the original shipping address)
  6. Keep proof of postage until refund is processed

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  1. We will inspect the returned items within 2 business days
  2. You will receive an email confirming receipt and inspection results
  3. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  4. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days

Please Note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Refunds will only include the product cost

Damaged or Faulty Items

For items received damaged or with manufacturing faults:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage/fault
  • We will arrange collection at our expense
  • Replacement items will be shipped once faulty items are received
